Don't ever buy a car from them. A co-worker bought a car from them a year ago, a New Camry. Anyhoo-the AC is making some funky noises. He takes it in, they want to charge him a diagnostic fee! What the hell, they show him where they rote it into his contract when he bought the extended warrenty. Wow what service. Anyway though I would share. Glad I own a scooby.

I HATE THOSE GUYS!!!!
I was considering getting a Celica GTS (before I knew of the WRX), so I went there to look at the car. I had no intention of buying, and I made that clear to the salesman. He said that he understood, and he thought it was wise to look around and compare prices before buying a car. But the longer I looked, the more he increased the pressure for me to buy the car that day (even though they didn't even have any available GTSes in stock).
He told me that his manager really wanted to give me a good deal on my 240SX since there was a huge demand for them. He said he could give me $2K or more for it (I was only looking for $1K). I kept saying that I wasn't serious, but finally his manager came along.
I guess they didn't get their act straight, because the manager starts off with saying that he can't give me more than $500 for my car since it's really hard to sell them. I didn't correct him on it since I was getting ready to leave. The manager then turned up the pressure and started asking me for my work number. I refused, so he asked me where I worked. I told him, and he responded "I know who they are, so I'll be able to reach you" or something to that effect. I left soon after that, and he left messages on my answering machine for a few weeks (I foolishly gave them my home number earlier).
I was so pissed off after that that I decided not to buy a car from a dealer. But then the WRX came along and I found the salesmen at Marin, Carlsen, and Santa Cruz Subaru to be very decent people who treat customers with respect. I bought my car from Santa Cruz since everyone at I-Club kept raving about them and they were the cheapest.
...but that "pressure the customer" method does work. A friend of mine went into a Toyota dealership to look at Tercels (not to buy) and walked out with a FourRunner that he really didn't need.
hey if any family or friends want to buy a new or used toyota i would shoot you over to
Concord Toyota off the 680 freeway.
Talk to Ali Nik
He is my uncle, and the sales manager, get some good laughs, and good deals with him.
