According to a report from Bloomberg (see http://quote.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=10000087&sid=a_EbuO.geURo&refer=top_world_news):Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd., the maker of Subaru cars, said production may be interrupted because supplier Nippon Seiki Co., which has a factory in Niigata, may not be able to supply instrument panels used for its Legacy, Impreza and Forester models.Japan has been getting hammered by Nature. Last week it was a typhoon that was killing people, now a magnitude 6.5 earthquake 125 miles northwest of Tokyo.

i predict sti gauge clusters will be getting a price increase as they will be more difficult to get for the time being....

Here's an update, from an article today at http://www.reuters.com/newsArticle.jhtml?type=topNews&storyID=6685067 describing how Honda and Yamaha motorcycle manufacturing have suspended production for brief preriods.Nippon Seiki said it did not believe auto production had been affected by any meter shortage.
Fuji Heavy Industries, the maker of Subaru-brand cars and one of the auto makers most worried about a potential supply problem, said on Monday it believed it would be able to continue normal production for the time being.
