The dash material is most likely PVC or PVC/ABS alloy. You could probably find a reasonable grain match in the aftermarket but the quality would be lower than the OEM materials. However, it would look pretty good wrapped around something like a Defi Triple Meter Hood gauge pod. Check with your local automotive retrim houses. They'd have an assortment of colors and grains.
