There are many EM systems that can be the "best" but it depends on what you want from your car. A reflash might be the best choice for a guy that wants a turbo back exhaust but doesn't want to tune. A stand alone might be the best choice for a guy that will max the MAF with a big turbo, want to control AVCS, self tune, and many other things. Tell people what your needs are and they will be able to help you better.
