The 2.5RS in question is fitted with a Minnam turbocharger and custom intercooler, BOV, and manual boost controller. The problem I'm running into is the IC pipe connection between it and the turbo keeps popping off under pressure. Previous owner had it happen ever so often (about every 10k miles) at 8psi at high elevation. I have the boost controller closed and the waste should be dumping at about 5psi and it was still able to work its way loose in about 3 hours of driving, most of that not even getting close to the full 5psi of boost.
The hose is being held on with a metal hose clamp currently, but I'm looking for a better solution so that this won't happen anymore; especially since I plan to run more pressure out of the turbo in the 10-15psi range.

They make a beading tool for pipes - get a bead put on the place you put the pipe on and clamp it down real good.

Fitting to IC is fine, it's the connecting hose that's slipping off the whatever-that-plastic-like-material-is hose that runs up to the IC from the turbo. There's a rubber hose link between the two since you obviously can't clamp down the hard pipe to the metal IC intake.
I'm guessing I can't bead a rubber hose onto the other one, so...

Hmmmm. Got any pics of these things?
Next guess then is that the piece of rubber joiner hose you have is a little stretched out, maybe it has been affected by underhood or intake charge heat, or maybe it got stretched on removal from the other car or something.
Get the OD of the plastic pipe and order some purosil hose (try http://www.bakerprecision.com with the correct ID. The hose should be tight on the other pipe even without clamps.

Or maybe try these. (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/ebayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=592687512&r=0&t=0)

This is a picture of the engine bay on that side. The guy who owned it before me thinks those clamps you pointed out would make a difference. Hey, $10 for a chance to keep the IC hose from popping off, sure!
Here's a link to the pic of the engine bay, hope it helps. (http://www.4wheelracing.com/msgp3.jpg)
