View Full Version : ReTune after new gears installed? SSFWRX 10-30-2004, 02:24 PM Hey guys. I am preparing to install my V6 Type RA tranny and R180 rear diff with 4.44 ratio. I need to know if I will need to get my EcuTek retuned now that the stock WRX tranny isnt in there, and the gears are different. It would probably be ok to add a few percent to your timing in high load areas if ya can(with a deltadash), but you shouldn't need to retune.
