Tokyo is great, I don't know where the Subaru stuff is though.

Akihabara is the electronics area and has lots of stuff, but getting off the train platform is confusing because you end up walking through a store to get to the street. I remember seeing so many lost people there. The next stop going south can't remember the name has a bunch of great resturants and some wicked places to get your hair cut.

Ginza is the rich shopping area.

If you go to one of the main stores in Ginza they have a basement level that is all deserts, but beware they are not what they seem to be. All of the pastries and bars and cakes are all made out of sweet potato.

Make sure you have someone local to take you around to various places, it is very easy to get lost in Tokyo the first couple times you go. Took me about 3 month to figure out how to get around and i still kept going to the wrong train platforms.

If your not Japanese or atleast don't look Japanese make sure you carry your passport everywhere.
