Like the title sayes, I need to know what psi fuel pressure I should have on my 95 Impreza EJ18, anybody with a shop manual care to help me out with a quick answer?

I've looked in three separate manuals, including the fsm's for my legacy fuel pressure spec and I can't find it. I'm pretty sure pressure should be around 33 or 34 psi with the vacuum line off the regulator.

I found it in a Chiltons last night.....36psi spec

I got 36-37psi when I tested it....
Can't figure it out, it has fire, and it has fuel...but it won't start....I'm getting disgusted with it.... :huh:

Did it ever run? Wonder if the timing belt jumped a tooth.
