I've searched pretty much as much i can around the web for some answers but didn't come up with anything. I was wondering if anybody can tell me if Blitz makes an entire nur spec catback for the 2.5rs?

I've been told that if i get an exhaust for a 99-04 2.5rs that with the bending of a hanger it'll fit my 05, is this true? I was told that by someone that the muffler might not fit, is that true?

To my knowledge, the one hanger is really all that is different. Any muffler shop should easily be able to make it fit, not a big deal at all.

ok so now i know that it'll fit, what about if they got a full cat back system?

The cat back should fit since it was designed for an RS. I believe that you will have to change the hanger that is on the axle back, not the two furthest back (ones near the tip of the can), but the one closest to the midpipe. However the 3" diameter is too big for the midpipe. I am pretty sure that you can not buy the axle back for the RS, only the catback. Actually I like the Blitz sound too. I had a custom mid pipe (using some of a stock WRX midpipe) made to mate up with a WRX stock axle back. Then I am going to get a Blitz axle back here soon. Blitz......... yum........ Any way, if I get one here soon I will post a clip.

:confused: So blitz does make a catback for 2.5rs? i've just seen the rear section.
