well lots of people have been wondering if Cobb stage2 has map support for other turbos such as td05 and vf22. If you go up to cobb and you can get it tuned anyway you want but for those who live far far away, including myself this seems to be a problem. As some mentioned another solution is to wait for the AccessTuner, either street or pro version to come out.

I've read a lot on the access tuner and well aware of its function and features. However I do have this one questions, what's the solution or tune a map for a custom setup with the AccessTuner? For an experienced tuner perhaps this can be done in your garage and do the modification littlbe by little after some test runs. For those who doesn't know much about engine tuning, is dyno tuning the only option? If so, what kind shop would provide such service? Doesn't it have to be Cobb certified?

Just confused, anyone can enlighten me?

thanks

alot of people street tune with a wide band 02 and an EGT gauge, anyone with the protuner will be able to send out the maps they make, eventually you will probably be able to pick them up for free off the internet.... Although im sure there will be a shop with the tunerpro set up that can tune your car somewhere near you

If you lack the experience/knowledge to tune your own maps, then yes, you will have to rely on a tuner to do the tuning for you. Hopefully a good tunder in your area with an AWD dyno will be familiar with the AccessTuner.
