When I turn on my high beams, the floods go off, but the high beams don't come on. Any suggestions?

"Floods"? :confused:

There is a separate fuse for the high beams, it's the one connected to the positive battery terminal. Check to see if it's blown. Or, if you are just installing these lights, make sure it's hooked up.
