First of all, it's an 02 2.5RS. Quite often at night when I use the turn signal it causes the headlights to turn off and on again quickly. It does this probably half the time I use the signals. It does it with either direction, seemingly at random. I am careful not to turn the headlight switch off while signalling, but it still happens frequently. I can hear the relay clicking when it happens. I think it's something borked in the switch, but I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem.

Hey, i had a similar problem with my old dsm. I shorted out my whole wire harness. I would venture to guess you have two (or more) exposed wires touching creating a short. I also would hear the relay clicking also, and i would fiddle with the wires and the relay would stop. I would start checking for burnt wires or use a voltometer to check wires.
