Hey guys, I found a 2001 Legacy GT Wagon with an exterior B4 conversion and suspension stuffs. This car is a steal and im not going to let it get away. I want to go for the full conversion on it so I need to find a B4 Twin Turbo motor. What I need to know is if I find a B4 motor from the same year as mine, could I use the existing wiring harnesses and just plug & play with the ECU and engine?

The twin turbo setup isn't going to work if your car is LHD, I believe it has to be RHD to accually fit correctly. Easier and more power to be had out of an STi motor anyway. Or a single turbo setup for that matter. And with the newer technology the lagginess of a turbo isn't much of an issue if you pick the correct one for you.

The wiring is most likely not plug and play. Not really going to go into it much more than that. It's been covered many times. If it's not out of the same year (meaning bodystyle) and a turbo car the wiring is different.
