I am thinking about getting a set of 17s and putting 235x40s or 235x45s on my 2005 wrx that is lowered on H-tech springs. Anyone with 235s on 17s or 18s please post pictures and let me know if they rub or not and what you are lowered on. No STI's just WRX's please.

I don't have wheels yet. I wanted to see what size tire i could fit on a WRX with H-techs without rubbing before i actually bought wheels, I am going to go with a 17 inch wheel and hopefully put on some 235s.

It's not an 05, but here (clicky) (http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?p=6596254#post6596254) are some pics of my ex-02 (traded it for the STi :D). I had Prodrive springs, 235/40/17 Yoko ES100s on 17x8.5 +48 wheels. The pictures are kind of dark, but you can get an idea of how they fit. I never had any rubbing.
