OK so I know I am going to sound like an idiot for asking this, but today I installed my 2nd hand ( bought it from nino of ninos autoaccessories.com) and I tried to download a map to the unit but it failed... I need the password for the unit. I asked nino and he said he never used a password.. Where the heck do I get the password? I emailed Phil at element, and I hope he can help me, but could someone please point me in the right direction?

You need to talk to Andrew at Quantum performance, his number is 510-870-1550. You'll need the serial number off of your unit, and he can get you the password.

If Nino gave you any map at all, and he's used it it SHOULD be ok (the password is in the map).

another dumb question... is there a difference between the Hydra for a SOHC car and DOHC car? Reason being..( I might have goofed, but I hope it doesn't make a difference) I have SOHC RS, and this Hydra was used on a DOHC RS
