Pre-Order is really a good idea guys. These engines and trannies are in and out of the shop in one day. As noted we have a container coming with several complete drivetrains. As it turns out we have the RA Tranny and some other goodies available. Tranny is DCCD with controller and tranny cooler. Cost is $3950. A steal with all that included!!! Other items updated at top. Thanks.

Just a non-related question.... but what are the specs on the rims on the white impreza at the top of the page(the ordinary-lookin rims)?? And also, do they fit over the STi Brembo caliper setup??

I wasn't really lookin to buy the rims, as I already have a set as winter wheels on my car that I bought from Subaru here.... but what they tell me here though is that there is no way that the Brembo rotor and caliper setup of the STi would fit behind those rims 16inch rims... Is that true??

I was under the impression that the Spec C's came with the 16 inch steel rims AND Brembos as standard... Just hoping that you can provide some clarification to this..I am considering purchasing some Take-off Brembos from the USDM or JDM STi, but need to know if they would fit behind my winter rims (which look identical to the ones on the Spec C you have there).

ahhh thanks... But any idea if the brembos came with the gravel spec version with the 16 inch rims???

EDIT: Ahh..found the answer.... there were in fact 16 and 17 inch versions of the spec C. The 17 inch rims housed Brembos, while the 16 inch versions housed the Subaru 4 pots....

You can have a 16" rim clear. I believe the STi sare is a 16" and clears the brembos. I can check for you tomarrow when i get in. Thanks.

How about you pop some axle stubbs out of one of those other six speeds you have there and overnight them to me? Then you can just take one of those other 3 pairs of stubbs you have already ordered and put them back in. I'm sure nobody else has been waiting 5 months to drive their car. :(


Or just hurry the hell up and get the stubbs that have been supposidly on their way to me for the last 4 weeks to me already :furious: You keep promising when I'm gonna have them so I pull my car up and get it ready to work on, then I don't get the part and my boss has to help me push it back outside and then it snows again and he has to plow around it, and that makes me look like an *******. :mad: Stop telling me when I'm gonna get them and just get them to me NOW!!!!
