WDCR events will be at FedEx field. It's not that much of a trip down 95 from Baltimore. Probably an hour.

In addition to the Philly Region events, Autocrossers Inc. (autocrossersinc.org) is holding 5 events next year at Ripken, which is a pretty short hop up 95 from baltimore.

ALL of these events will fill fast. Be sure to preregister. Depending on walkups isn't the way to get into events here.

The WDCR events are really really well run and worth the trip.

Unless you're in STX, in which case go away, we have too many already ;)

If you're serious about doing Solo 2 in MD, subscribe to the wdcr-solo group now... http://groups.yahoo.com/group/wdcr-solo/

They should be making a public announcement about the series subscription details for 2005 very soon now -- probably within the next week. If you are -- or want to be -- a serious autoXer, get the subscription. The "at large" slots (for non-subscribers) for the WDCR events seem to fill up in just minutes after registration is opened, and there is often a long waiting list of folks who can't all be accommodated.

Also you can watch the WDCR website (for which KC already provided a link): http://solo.wdcr-scca.org/
