I've been searching for this topic, and haven't found what I've been looking for. I have a 2005 sti and wanted to upgrade the clutch. I'm running stock on 93 at the track and want a flywheel/clutch assembly that can keep up with about 6hours/week of track work during the warmer times. Thanks.

How do you know the stock one won't last ? I know that stock Evo8 clutch's can easily be misused and need to be replaced early and often ... but have not heard that about STI's ...

I can't believe that my WRX clutch is still O.K. with 300 hp, hundreds of AX starts and runs and 4 or 5 drag race events! Car has 28k on it now ....

I'm planning on putting in the Exedy STI clutch when this one finally goes ...
