well, first you would need a computer from a manual, if I am not mistaken, as the automatic ecu needs to see the tranny. second, the whole pedal set, the master clinder, slave cylinder, all the hydraulic stuff, and the interior bits to make sure you're not looking at bare metal around your shifter. anyone else? did I leave anything out?

You don't need the manual ECU, but you will need to do some moderate harness modification.

You also need to make sure that the final drive will match all around between your rear diff and the front diff in the new gearbox. If not, you'll need the rear diff out of the other car.

Driveshaft (though, I think the Legacy MT driveshaft will be too long, you'll need to find an Impreza MT driveshaft), clutch/brake pedal set (gas is separate), clutch master cylinder, clutch slave cylinder, hoses, transmission crossmember, pitch mount, sensors (speedo/reverse/neutral sensor should remain attached to transmission), flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, shift linkage/lever/bushings, shift boot and console trim... I think that's most of it. You'll find lots of little stuff that you'll need to get at a junkyard or somesuch.
