I bought a ScanTool at www.scantool.net which will send you to Digimoto at www.digimoto.com. Lots of people make Pocket PC software and a few make Palm software, but so far I do not have Delta Dash functionality. That said, I am still working on writing some for the Scooby, and when I do, I will also port it to my Palm. But it will be a long time...

nope
you could pick up a subaru select scan tool

the big proublem with obd-2 readers is the resolution 1-2 refreshes per sec
where as subaru select protocol is ~5/sec
select tool, delta-dash an the psi 3 are the only things i know of that use select protocol

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried to find some of those, but I could not find anything called "select tool". I will keep looking, but a link would be great.

All the links are for the Mitsubishi version, the Subie version is available for pre-orders now, deliveries will be in a couple weeks (in time for christmas)
There are just a couple differences between the Mitsu and Subie versions, since the Subie version is customized specifically for these cars.

Wow, this sounds like a great tool! Wish they had a PocketPC interface

I haven't dealt with the PocketPC stuff, is that Windows CE?

The Palm stuff is dirt cheap on Ebay, $50 gets you a very nice M505. The ammount of shareware available is mind-boggling also.

Perhaps once the dust settles I may look into some kind of WinCE support, but the demand doesn't seem to be there.

BTW, the Scanmaster is stand-alone for day-to-day usage, and you plug the palm in for tuning sessions (unless your psycho like me)
