Hope that some one can help me with this.

Here are the symntoms of the sickness of my 95 impreza l AWD with the 1.8L.

Car has check engine light on and basicly the car will shut off when in nutural, and won't want to start up unless I let I't sit for a few minutes. The starter will turn but will just turn and turn and so on... I put some new spark plugs in and did not make a differance.

I want to say its some thing electronic.

Well you need to pull the codes.. the wire are under the dash.. Two Green plugs which should be taped up under the dash.. The Code is of a Blinking Pattern but I don't have the codes...

Now as for the car not starting.. Is it an Auto or Manual?

I had this issuse like 2 months ago.. I went in to food shop, came back out and went to start the car.. and Nothing happend at all... So I went in and jiggled some wires near the Starter and went back to start it, and all way well...

I was really puzzled as I never had this happen to me before.

its a manual, and some times the light blinks and sometimes the light just will stay on. When the lightis on it is in a pattern ex: 1 2 3 then the 4th time it will stay on for a moment and shut off then start over...?
