Hey all I have the after market white face indiglo gauges and was wondering where exactly the green light in the stock cluster was. I tore it apart and cannot seem to find it :( makes an ugly color when on with the indiglos.

Also while I'm rambling I would like to change the tranny lights to blue as well as all the heater controls to blue as well. I've seen the heater controls and they have either little green led or green bulb condoms. Cant remember took it apart sometime last year. If anyone can help me out it is greatly appreciated :)

When you had it teared down did you have the cluster out of the car?

Once the cluster is out you will see a some bulbs (Don't know how many) with green condoms over them. That is what causes the gauge cluster to light up that color.

Depending on what you would like to do with your gauge you could go different ways. I tried looking for different colored condoms for the bulbs but my search turned up in vain. I ended up going to a craft store and bought transparent glass paint to paint the bulbs red. It turned out very good, as I'm sure the color could be changed through the spectrum. Hope this helped you out
