I have the pump..

the fuel pump iam using is a walbro

I got to the gas tank and took the old on out..

Do just plug the pump in and clip all the lines to it, i did this

the old pump has this net type filter on it do i reuse this or not?

Because the pump i have there no place to use the old net...it has a filter in it i think

does any body know ????

There should be a fuel filter sack on the end of the new pump, too.

Instead of twisting it around to get it out, I suggest you just remove the single screw that holds on the float assembly to the main bracket - but be VERY careful not to drop it in the tank. That'll make it 700 times easier to get out.
