jblaine, we have missed our UPS overnight pick, but can try USPS express overnight. Guaranteed to most places in US next day (saturday included). Cost to do so will be $21. We only know if it will get there next day or 2 day once in person at the post, that is the major draw back. It is a cheap method to ship, but a bit of a crap roll. RUral cities take 2 day, major take 1 from past shipment experience. You can paypal over the funds to info@iaperformance.com, they must be received by 3pm AZ time (1 hour to do so).

What exactly is needed to install these in a MY00 RS trans case?

The trans has approx 120k miles so I would def go with new synchros.

Mike- New bearings would be a good idea too. I'm not sure if you will want to try and shoe horn them in that case or not due to the miles. It really comes downo to the condition of the internals. Ring/pinion, etc. Split it and go from there would be my suggestion prior to spending more $$$.
