you know you have gas in the tank, or getting to the engine? If its cold enough (below freezing) you could have water in the tank or lines thats frozen.

Something else to think about. My car was a year old (based on the door sticker) when I bought it. It had been on ships or on a lot for a whole year. You know the gas tank was almost empty the whole time which is perfect for condensation. Water.

well I have been messing with the car for an hour still no dice on geting it started but its literally 0 degrees and Im reall cold. I put dry gas in my first tank of gas so I dont think I would have water in the gas, and it on even do anything and none of the accessories are turned on I think its jsut to damn cold but for a breand new car Im pissed cause thats B.S.

I bet it's that the cheap Stock Subaru battery.
