I have an extra STi 6 speed for sale,

its a virtually brand new unit, only SoA test miles on it (<200 km), USDM gearing, DCCD included, 2004 Suretrac front diff. ZERO rally miles, never used since received. Located in Squamish. Still in SoA crate.

reason for selling: this was going to be a dog box donor unit but I now have an extra casing with forks for that project. Perfect as the basis for a 6spd swap, we can also assist with the rest and/or install if that is the plan, otherwise, perfect for a spare or dog or other project.

I didn't really like the auto to begin with.... but I'm attached to the car now... so a 6-speed upgrade would be ideal ;)

the total 'installed' varies if you want sophisticated or 'dumb' diff control, if you use new or aftermarket parts, if you want R180, or R160 with modified final drive, type of propshaft, what the front diff is, etc. etc.

you can go on and on, as with any project, but to get it running in a WRX IMHO it should be considerably less than 10k installed.

my cousin is interested in it for his SVX, what kind of ballpark are we looking here?
