Tora, do you ski or snowboard? I usually try to make it up there once a week to ride so should be up next week sometime.

I do both, although recently I have been skiing more....my riding skills are adequate but not great. Hollar if you are coming up, maybe we can at least do a run together or something Kelvin.

Aww... I was just there last night

just got back from whistler/blackcomb. thought i'd give a little update on conditions. to be honest, i wasn't all that impressed with the snow. a bit lumpy and icy. whistler is worse than blackcomb (imo). the weather was quite good though. good visability. it started to snow last night, but it wasn't substantial so the new powder didn't make much of a difference. if it keeps up like this for a week or so though, the mountains should get better.

oh and avoid the back bowl of blackcomb... ><
