Exactly as stated, it's very irritating and has happened more than once. It's occurred with 4 PM's, with 2 PM's and with no PM's. What's the deal!!!???

Are you looking at only the PMs received in the last day? That's the default view, so you could have 200 sitting there that you wouldn't see. Change to see all messages in the PM window and check it out.

Ok, I have gone through the drop down box and there no messages from the past 100 days. I only have 1 current PM and still get the "Your PM box is full" e-mail. I hope someone can help or offer advice on the matter.

Well, you have to count the PMs in your sent items folder, and also in your "read receipt" folder, etc... It counts all PMs, not just the ones in your inbox.

Well, I guess I may have to eat a bit of crow now:( I was unaware that I had any saved PM's in the sent box. I thought I had to manually save them. There were quite a few. I think that should fix problem and prevent it in the future. Thanks for all of the help and sorry for flying off the handle.
