98 Impreza L Coupe:

First, how do you remove the cup holder??? :(
I took the two screws out but cannot get the unit to come out. Even broke the two plastic pins above the screws in the process. I need to know the "secret".

Second, while putting a new radio in I discovered the ash tray light was all there but missing a jumper cable (2 wires) to connect the plug on the ash tray to the plug on the wiring harness. Made a jumper, plugged it in, and now the light works. This has me wondering if the ignition key light has a similar set up. e.g. What is required to put a key light in, or, if the light is already there what is needed to make it work?
