Well according to the source website http://www.myevo.com/Impreza%20STI%207.htm and the one that posted it, http://www.mudd90.freeserve.co.uk/news2.htm both list this from Sept/Oct of 2000. You mean to tell me this is the first anyone has heard of this? There must be mention of it on the UK subie site. If this info isn't made up, folks around here are sleepin!

I have looked this up too, but those are the only two places with anything useful. Strangely, I have seen pictures of the same car at the same show where the caption described it as a rally replica kit on an STI. I don't know about this one...
