who here has an engine and turbo upgrade
exhaust intake pulleys bigger turbo etc you know the whole deal
how many of you did an upgrade to you tranny
what was the outcome of modifying your suby and not the tranny
was it bad or good or just fine
did you have problems with the tranny in the future
i have at home a vf34 turbo setup with everything i need to get installed
and i dont know if my tranny could handle an upgrade like this
please list your setup and the outcome after installation
with your stock tranny or your upgraded tranny

I have a vf34 with all the supporting mods(and some extras) but no tranny or internal engine mods. 550000 miles and counting(45 of them on the vf34), still with the first stock clutch:).

I got my clutch replaced at around 35,000 miles and i have 49,000 miles now and things are fine. Since the replacement i added a vf22 and supporting mods and boy is it fun (no internals or new tranny). :)

But.... you just gotta be ready for something to break, especially on hard launches, and ESPECIALLY on little 5mph or 10 mph launches (too fun to resist) :banana:

Yeh, I added a 0 by mistake<puts bottle down>. I know someone with 200000 miles on his clutch, course he doesn't own a wrx:).
