On the porsche project I've decided that it will be best for me to make my own downpipe. There is a local steel supplier with a CNC type plasma cutter that can cut what I need but if someone already makes the IHI turbine outlet adaptor plate then I'd probably buy that instead.

If what I said wasn't clear, I need the plate that I will weld the downpipe to that will bolt to the outlet side of the turbine.

You could probably get a stock downpipe cheap or free and cut it up for the flange. .
