Okay my problemo is this...
I have a 95 Legacy L, EJ22-T, wrx turbo and IC, with the greddy emanage. The emanage has been installed while the car was NA for about 4 months with no problems, and been on the car turboed for about 3 weeks. No problems at runnning 5psi.

While coming home from school and idling at a light, my car just turned off and would not restart. There was no bad idiling or check engine light. I have new plugs/wires/battery/starter in for the last 3 wks. No low oil or coolant.

While looking over everything I see that I have a blown fuse, sbf #2. I replace it and it blows again. So I am thinking I have bad relay or ecu. I took off the emanage and it only blows when the ecu is plugged in. I unplug it and it doesnt blow.

What do you all think?

crossed wires on what? the emanage, ecu, relay, could you explain a little more.

Also the fuse doesn't blow until I go to start the car. Once it goes to the on position you hear it pop.

what is SBF#2? i dont happen to have a manual right now. anyway, whats happening is that some wire somewhere got crossed, probably not the ecu, but it is controlled by the ecu. it's blowing the fuse because threre's too much current going through the fuse, and in most cases, this means a wire is grounding out somewhere.

It would be something triggered off of ignition power because it's only active (the fuse only blows) when the key is in the on position.

You've got a short somewhere.

On the first gen legacies, SBF2 goes to the ignition relay, fuel pump relay, ecu, & fuel injectors.

yeah I got a wiring diagram of my car and saw where that sbf2 goes too (same as what you wrote above). I am not getting spark, obviously.
I pulled the fuel pump relay and the fuse doesnt blow then, so I was thinking its that, but I read that relays dont blow fuses. the ignition relay realy I didnt pull yet.

If the fuel pump relay caused the fuse not to blow, then hunt down those wires, as it's probably something along that circut.

Ditto this suggestion. Try unplugging the connector under the rear seat. If the fuse does blow, you know it's the wiring between the relay and that connector. if it doesn't blow, it's sometihng with the wiring going into the tank, or the pump.....which is very very bad.
