20pwns 01-24-2005, 05:05 AM Sup guys, I took some pictures of my car today. I put my wheels on, too. Sorry, no subies. But to people who are also interested in cars other than Subarus, I hope you enjoy them! ^^

fukamoto 01-24-2005, 05:18 AM Not a fan of the gold, but those are sweet wheels. Work VS-XX?
JikJak 01-24-2005, 05:19 AM nice,looks good!
feiron 01-24-2005, 05:35 AM  one fast car
Subalo 01-24-2005, 05:50 AM Were your car parked outside of Bonsar tonight? Very eye catching... :)
Happy_Days 01-24-2005, 06:08 AM That is BEAUTIFUL Jason.
When I saw the wheel on display at REV, I knew it would look awesome on your car.
Nice Jas....looks good. What have you done to the car?
Wow, that car looks great. I love to see a clean version of an older car, especially Supras.
*says hypa who learned to drive in a Pearl White version of that same car.
tedski 01-24-2005, 12:48 PM Congrats, it is siimply beautiful
I am a hugh old school Toyota friend, rwd, big power. I can see some drifting actions going
20pwns 01-24-2005, 02:07 PM Thanks guys, ^^ I like the wheels too.
Power mods: All I have is a Blitz turbo back, K&N intake(they are good for these cars, unlike our wrx's), shimmed wastegate(a trick to make the turbo spool fater, also raises the boost slightly), a GReddy MBC(set to 0.8bar) and a HKS FCD. But it's pretty quick, I was pleasantly surprized.
To put it in perspective: 2nd gear roll with my Vishnu stg2 rex(VF22), my rex is up 2 full cars ahead until near the end of 3rd. I start reeling in on top 3rd and by end of 4th I'm a fender ahead. In 5th, I don't know. I haven't really gone deep into 5th. That's a lot of sustained boost... Can't be good for your car.
Thanks again for the complements!

p.s.
fukamoto: Yes they are.
Ronald: Yes they can be.
Subalo: Yes I was.
dabs. very very clean. dig the works as well.
Rosso_Corsa 01-24-2005, 07:52 PM Looks great. Someone said gold, but those look much closer to yellow. Yellow on green always makes me think Lotus, but this is great, too.
SubaruBen 01-24-2005, 09:48 PM wow jason your car looks awesome. talk about choosing the right rims.
imprezaboi 01-24-2005, 09:50 PM I'm just loving those wheels, looks great on your car.
great car!
i was just wondering is parts hard to find on older vehicles like this? And is it hard to keep it in good shape?
20pwns 01-25-2005, 01:06 AM Thanks guys, see you guys on the streets~
Benson: You like it too! Ha ha, Nice! I just can't wait 'til Mission opens, can you? lol. I have traction my man, traction! p.s. I have fitted the rears with 275's, gwahahaha.
NPC: OEM parts are limited and very expensive so if something breaks, I always look for aftermarket upgrades. Most parts for oldschool Supra's are readily available since there is a decent following. Still, replacements for thing like minor exterior details, interior parts, suspension ball joints, etc. are impossible to find. If you lose a fender moulding for instance, yer pretty much shiet outta luck. Have to hit up the wreckers.
GC8_SpecC 01-25-2005, 08:14 AM YEAH MA70!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! love that car hahah ............i want mine back!!! lol nice wheels jason
