Phat04WRX 02-01-2005, 04:30 AM can you use these with the stock iron manifolds?
Peter.Lombardi 02-01-2005, 03:47 PM Do the rear bars work on an RS/TS?
-peter
RavSpec 02-01-2005, 03:56 PM it will work on 02 to 05 Impreza WRX/STI/RS.
Phat04WRX 02-01-2005, 05:44 PM can you use these with the stock iron manifolds?
or do you need the GT SPEC ver 2 header or Gruppe-s header in order for these to fit correctly?
RavSpec 02-01-2005, 07:33 PM it will work with stock header also. Haven't test this on GP Sport and Invidia header yet.
Phat04WRX 02-01-2005, 07:43 PM thanks
WRX_AUSTRIA 02-01-2005, 08:47 PM Is there any way to get the splash guard to fit back on? During winter time I wouldn't want to have all the salt and slush sprayed up into my engine bay. I like the brace and can see why it would be so effective but the splash guard in my mind is a necessity.
RavSpec 02-01-2005, 08:54 PM with zip tie or longer bolt, you might be able to put it back on. Or you can take it off in the winter. with the jack stand, it took us 1 hours to 2 hours for to take off the subframe and install the new 14 points subframe.
Wayne_Coots 02-01-2005, 11:21 PM Will this work on a GC with GD subframes?
RavSpec 02-02-2005, 05:04 PM hmmm, not sure never try it. How do you get a GC8 with GD frame ?
Gruppe-S 02-02-2005, 08:47 PM PM sent :)
Thanks
Preston

Wayne_Coots 02-05-2005, 07:10 PM The GD subframes will bolt up under a GC body. I will be running the subframes and suspension links from a GD.
petawabit 02-06-2005, 05:49 PM The GD subframes will bolt up under a GC body. I will be running the subframes and suspension links from a GD.
Do we have to have a turbo crossmember to do that?Let me know how it goes, I'm very interested. Thanks

How much is that???? NICE!!!!
RavSpec 02-07-2005, 02:37 PM I think it's $225 retail price. You should be able to get it for $199 once it is released.
RavSpec 02-19-2005, 09:42 PM bump...
iceinject 02-19-2005, 11:17 PM 12.5 lbs savings. Not sure if I like this more than the do-luck but at least they made a really nice piece.
Yeah baby 02-19-2005, 11:49 PM The do-luck can't even compare to the GT Spec piece.I've installed both and the GT Spec is nicer and fits better.
iceinject 02-20-2005, 03:20 PM but it's more expensive and heavier...so it's about priorities.
RavSpec 03-03-2005, 02:14 PM bump.
Wayne_Coots 03-06-2005, 07:20 PM In my earlier post I ment crossmembers not subframes, if that changes your answer any.
RavSpec 03-10-2005, 11:16 AM ttttttt
