I just got my two correct size banjo bolts for the water coolant lines in from Forced Performance to fit my FP Green. I have a problem the bolts are too big to fit through the OEM water coolant lines. What is the best course of action for this.

A: If availiable buy the coorect size coolant lines. Who and where to buy from and price?

B: Just buy some bolts the same size and thread type and just plug the holes and run it oil cooled with a turbo timer.

I was told when i bought this FP Green that it was a direct fit that all OEm lines would fit. Is this normal or do I have one of the older housings that use the old DSM bolts. Or is this just a common problem when switching over to a Green. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

Common problem, its because the Green's housings are sourced from a euro spec car. You need 14 X 1.5mm banjo bolts and fab the ends of them up to mate to the rubber water lines.

I said screw it and blocked them off and I just run my turbo timer for a minute or two depending on how hard I drive it.
