It's been a couple of months since I last contacted you. Did you ever receive any spare parts from Vision? I still have not been able to source the bolt with the correct ball to go that attaches the dampers to the area above the wheel well. As I have communicated to you before, I sent vision an e-mail directly and they did not want to deal with me. They said I should go through you for this problem. Would it be possible for me to get a replacement bolt? I would be more than happy to pay for the shipping.

StiDreams - We were under the impression the manufacturer had sent you the bolt that you broke ?. Since they have not, we will tell them immediately to look into this matter for you. Thank you!.

You are correct I did break the bolt installing it. I was using a torque wrench set to 7 Nm (factory spec for the bolt the Vision bolt replaces). The manufacturer never sent me another bolt.

I sent them e-mail stating:

I recently purchased some hood dampers from Visionary Racing for the Impreza WRX02+. When I went to install them one of the bolts broke. I was using factory specs of 7 Nm. The bolt that broke was the one that has the round head on it. I have contacted Visionary Racing and they indicated that I should contact you directly for a replacement. Is there any way I can get another bolt?

They replied:

we are already send spare bolt for Visionary Racing
You can get the spare bolt
Pleace call Visinary Racing

If you could get them to send me another bolt, that would be great. I take it you still have my shipping address to give them. If not, let me know and I'll PM it to you.

That is odd, we haven't recently received any replacements with our orders from them, but thank you for notifying us so that we can assist you :).

Mine have shown spots of rust on the tops/bottoms where the ball joint/cup is. I'll shoot over a picture to Visionary Racing in the morning.

Any chance they can make the battery tiedown with a GT or Legacy logo? That would be great for the rest of us non WRX/STi crowd ;)

Might want to think of them making the XT logo to cover the turboed Foresters / Outbacks :)

I'm having a lot of problems ordering from your site.
I must have entered credit card info. from 2 different cards about 6 times within an hour and all I get is "Your payment session has expired. To complete this order you must re enter your info." What does that mean?

I wish you all did over the phone ordering so I could have my dampers by Friday.
