Hi I have a problem with my 95 Impreza sometimes it will not start and when it does the idle is really low like 400 rpm. After a few miles it clears and runs great util tonite it died at a redlight and wouldn't start I push it aside checked the fuses all were good then I noticed my headlamps were on but the insturment lights were off the key was not in the ignion. It did crank but the park lights stay on so I removed battery cable when I got home. Also the tach does't move when cranking when it is in this mood. Any ideas?
