I have had my STI for a little over a year now, however the clutch on the car is messed up or at least on mine. This is the second time now that the clutch seems to have lost pressure in it and is stuck to the floor. What should i do try to get a new car or my money back because overall im not very impressed with this subaru, my friends is fine. And i dont believe ive done anything wrong because the only mods i have are related to the suspension.......Any opinions or ideas, they'd be greatly appreciated thanks

Take it to the dealer. It should be covered under warrenty.

What he said. You are not going to get your money back. Not sure where you are located at, but in my state you have to get a notice about the lemon law when you get the car. It points you to the location to get more info - and unless your car has been in the shop for a long period of time, or the same thing repaired 3 or more times, you have no case to get a refund.
P.S. Don't even bother mentioning the lemon law to the dealer - to pursue a lemon law case its with the manufacturer, you have to write them.

i doubt you'll get your money back or a new car. i'm sure the best they can do is replace your clutch or whatever is wrong with it. like 1/500 said take it to the dealer because you still have warranty.

The dealer shouldn’t give you **** for your clutch for having suspension mods on your car (well if they are going to dicks maybe), and also make sure you post in the right Technical Section and you my get a better answer to your question.... Did you check all of the obvious things, (fluid, connections, etc....)

Please post in the right forum.
There are many experts on different facets of Subaru information. They tend to view and respond in the forums where their knowledge level is highest. By posting in the inappropriate forum, you are not only diluting the wrong forum, but short changing the search results of others and increasing the chances of an expert missing your question.

As noted, have it fixed under warranty. I recently had a similar problem with my '02; it turned out there was a TSB out about my problem, and they replaced the clutch slave and tubing under warranty, no hassle.
