View Full Version : How many versions of the Utec are there??

I know there is the really old version that has the dipswitches. Then there's the version 5 and 6. That's all of the versions I know of. Will a version 5 with the new 4.2c(or whatever) revision from the site work on an 04'? Thanks for everything. -Gene

All you need to focus on is the hardware revision. For an '04, I believe you need a revision 6. There is a very recent thread about this (last week or two)...all hardware revisions can be flashed to the latest firmware.

Sorry about that... :D Thanks for all the help. :mad: My friend is selling a version 5 Utec for a really good price but I have an 04'... Oh well, such is life. Thanks again. -Gene
