I have a 2005 2.5 XT and read the ECU with a ECUtek delta dash.

When it reports Waste Gate Duty Cycle is that % time open or close for the waste gate ? I think it is time open ?

It is the amount that the factory boost solenoid is opening. It isn't actually the wastegate.

Thanks - that would be the max WG if there was no bleed to the WG actuator ?
The actual WG must be less?
