When will these tires start showing up here in the USA? That is aside from the Lotus spec one that TireRack has listed. Any info on prices and available sizes? Looking to replace the RE070's on my STI with these otherwise if not availblae going to stick with the 070's.
Thanks

There is some information over on www.sccaforums.com about these tires. A few SoCal autocrossers are testing them out.

If you are talking about the Advan Neova AD07, then for now the only size you can buy is 225/45-17 ($204 each @ tirerack).
I'm hoping Luke may chime in on this post and provide some comparision. I've been kind of looking at them as an alternative to Falken Azenis RT-215 & Kumho MX's.
I'd really like to know the tire weight info too. In the same size the RT is 25 lbs and the MX is 23 lbs IIRC. Would be cool if they are lighter than those.
Since I'm taking this year of Solo II for local only set-up/tweaking since I'm throwing a host of new parts at my car, I'm also looking into trying a new tire or two. Sadly the price on these is a bit high to just 'try' them out.

These are the preferred tire for most drift cars in Japan. I'd like to try them out and see why.

they should start showing up in April ..... and in the sizes I already have the info on they appear to be lighter than alot of their competition by a significant margin ... no info on the performance yet ...

I'll have to check the SCCAForums for info. Looking to auto-x these tires too. I was hoping to get some info at the SCCA Convention last week but I couldn't find the Yokohama Rep.
Thanks for the info Luke. I'll have to give you a call and order some as soon as they are available.
