You don't need a wbo2 to get the car to run, but might need one to get it to work well at hard throttle. You could either start from scratch(0's in the fuel map), or start with a base stage 4 map. If you use the stage 4 map and scale the injectors correctly, you should be able to get pretty close at hard and part throttle.
Either way ya go, it shouldn't be so hard to get close. Ya start by trying to get the part throttle/idle ok. Do this by raising the olf scaling number 20 points at a time til your logger starts reading 14.7 to 1 for a/f ratio at idle/part throttle. It would be good to start at something like 600 instead of 420 so ya don't waste time raising the number from 420 to 600(just the scaling number)..... Might end up that a scaling number somewhere between 650 and 900 should work fine. Once ya get part throttle fueling almost ok, time to try hard throttle. If ya only want to be able to putt around though, this will be fine as long as ya keep the boost low and the throttle position below 25%.
Make sure to have some good gas in the tank so nothing goes wrong. Something like 100 octane from sunoco, or a lot of octane booster would do the job. Then go to hard throttle and check the a/f ratio with a wbo2 sensor. If the a/f ratio is leaner then you want, lower the scaling and stock numbers(a little bit at a time, maybe 20-50 points) the same amount and try again til the a/f ratio gets as rich as you want at hard throttle/boost. If the a/f ratio is richer then you want, raise the stock and scaling numbers the same amount and try again until the a/f ratio leans out as much as you want. Raising or lowering both numbers the same amount should change hard throttle fueling without effecting part throttle fueling...... Once ya get close enough to the a/f raito you want at boost, it's time for fine tuning. If ya start with the basemap or a map close to your mods, you probably won't have to do as much fine tuning. As always, this is just what I'd do after what I've seen and read, and I'm no expert.
