I searched and am not finding what I need. I need the EGT probe resistor for the Up pipe for an 05 WRX

What do you need? The resistor is a 1/2 w 2.2kOhm resistor sold in 5 packs at Radio Shak for ~$2 (as long as it's the same for an 02-03).

Yea that sounds like what I need. I just didn't know which one to get. Is it the same for the 02-03 as the 04-05?

this my be a stupid question but how do u install it.

i just did an uppipe perrin one with no bung so i have to get rid of it all together and i am going to have a egt gauge tapped into my headers underneath the 3 cylinder. but i still get the code for egt being to low because the sensor is out of the stock uppipe...

i need help with instalation of that resistor from radio shack

The socket you unplug the EGT sensor plug from has two connectors. Just bend the resistor legs down like a U shape and connect the resistor across those two points by sticking the legs into the socket then stick some tape over it to keep it in place and keep the dirt out.
