Just curious....how do the swaybar collars work? I just bought perrin front and rear swaybars, but have not installed them yet. I have heard that the rear swaybar can clunk into the exhaust due to a sharp turn and make a loud noise. I want to avoid this....would the swaybar collar help?....or I was thinking about purchasing long exhaust hangers if nothing else could help.

The axle collars are designed to keep the sway bar from moving from side to side while cornering. They mount on the sway bar next to the swaybar mounts. Also we have found that the Poltec Hub mount endlinks have reduced and practically eliminated the common knocking problem associated with aftermarket swaybars.


As for camber plates we have cusco camber plates for $235.00

I'm in the market for some lateral links, just trying decide what brand to go with and which variation. What is the advantage (if any) of going with the hub-mounted rear endlinks? Do they make the swaybar more effective somehow?

I'd like to pick up a set of these for my '97 Legacy 2.5GT sedan. In a thread in the Suspension Forum, Dariusz from Poltec said my car has lateral links the same length as the GC8/WRX wagon, so I guess that's the kit I need. Please let me know if you have them in stock, and also if I need to pay anything extra for shipping (since I'm in Hawaii).

Yes we do have them but the price we have advertised for the 6 piece set is actually the price for the 4 piece set(sorry typo). If you would like the 6 piece set they are $100 more($570). The 6 piece set comes with hub mounted endlinks and the 4 piece comes with boxes on the lateral links. Shipping to Hawaii would be no extra charge.
