GC cusco OS-T is the V-brace right?
is there a CF version of V-brace btw? I recall seing one a while ago

Correct. There could be a CF version out, but I dont think that cusco makes it IIRC.

this V-brace is an option for a strut bar?

I went to cusco site here (http://www.cusco.co.jp/english/e_strut.html) if you scroll down it says "May easily be bolted-on in addition to CUSCO's rear strut braces"

including Type CB / 40mm carbon strut brace listed in the table below

so I would have to get Type CB rear strut bar and the optional V brace and combine them correct? total $? :)

Yeah looks like it should fit. Your total would be 369.14 for both the rear carbon brace and the OS-T v bar.
