Hey Everyone. I Just had my Imprezas 1.8 oil pump go out bad :( . I had a quote done & I can buy a EJ22 (95) for the same price as it be to replace the pump!

I was told all I should have to do for this swap was swap the intake from ej18 to ej22 & put it back in.?.?

Can you guys give me some knowlage of this swap??? I searched & found nothing on this little basic swap.

Both 95 engines, as low buck as I can.

Try searching for info for the 1.8 or 2.2 to 2.5 SOHC swap. There is alot of info on this swap that should help for 1.8 to 2.2.
