Hey guys, these were Tora's old wheels. I bought it off of him last year, but the MXX3 that came with them didn't last too long cuz I discovered 2 of them were punctured :(. So now they're wearing new rubbers 235/45/17 Yokohama Avid H4 all seasons. Tread is 90-95%, used only for 3 months in the summer, then I swapped back to stockers. Tires alone are worth $600. These wheels are painted black. So I'm asking $900 for the set. No reciepts, none was provided when I got them.

Bubbe, were the tires punctured when you got them? Cause they held air fine, or did it happen after? Anyways, i think I did say they would be needing replacement tires soon as those were OLD tires....but if they were punctured when you got them let me know.

Hey Tora, when I got them off of you, I left them sitting in the garage for a while, never mounted them on my car. So about a month later, I finally hauled my lazy ass to bolt them on, then I noticed 2 of them were complete flat from sitting in the garage for a month. I didn't think much of it, figured the air must've gotten out of 2 of them really quick. After install, I went to the gas station and filled all 4 with air. Drove around for a few days, then the car kept on pulling onto one side when I drive. Thought my alignment was messed up at the beginning, but eventually after a few days a friend notice how flat my tire was. It turned out to one of those with no air in the garage. Then took it to a tire shop to get the flat repaired and they inspected the others too, but the second one that had no air was punctured too. Because I drove on them when they were flat, the tires can't be patched. So I was forced to shell out over 6 bills for replacement tires.

Its ok Tora, I'm sure you didn't know anything bout it. Besides I read about your good ness on this board, you're a good guy and its been a few months since I bought it from you so I didn't bother. There's no warranty on used stuff right. I just wish I could've squeezed a few more months out of the mxx3s. Its all good, Tora.
