Just installed my hydra today. It wasnt hard to set up, I havent had time to sit and adjust it yet, but i dont have my injectors yet. It does take a few extra seconds to start, but no big deal. It looks like the base map is set at 14.5 to 1 afr should i change that. Wont be getting tuned till end of march.

That's the AFR target table. It only works if you have the wide band sensor and are using autotune. Phil would have sent you a map for you needs. You'll need a new map with new injectors.

Expand the "grid" by selecting from the menu bar, View/Floating Grid and you will see the entire "Target AFR" table.
