Anyone have any experiance with this dealer? Service Dept?


I was quoted 31330 for a new 2005 STi with the follwoing options:

Armrest Extension
Boost Gauge
Security Upgrade

Not so much asking if this is a good price, for my aera I feel it is pretty competive. I am asking if they are decent as far as service after the sale goes?

I love bill rapp, I live in NJ, but go to SU and I take my wrx to rapp for service. Very honest and upfront. I would have all my work done there if I could.

What about Romano? I'm looking at a used 05 with 6k miles for $27.5.

I picked up my '05 WRB/Gold STi last Thursday from Tom Callahan at Bill Rapp Subaru in Syracuse, NY. They didn't have the exact car I wanted, but Tom was able to arrange a dealer trade for cheaper than any other dealer I'd contacted.

I got the color I wanted, with the options I wanted (and none that I didn't want) for less than I expected to pay. They also gave me a fair value on my trade-in, which had 96k miles and was in average condition (i.e., wholesale material).

I put a deposit down on Tuesday and picked it up on Thursday, a day ahead of schedule.

Overall, I'm happy with my experience with Tom Callahan at Bill Rapp.
